Summer Cap Orange

We are manufacturer of cotton, polycot, polyfab, rexin, non-woven fabric materials of cap at our unit with automated stitching machine, the caps are made against order as per the requirement of of our customer with the fresh cloth and then it is cut as per the pattern order by the customercustomer can select his like of colour for the cap for which we have catalogs of the cloth swatches the fabric is cut by our master who does only this job and has a finess in his job after the cutting there are other process that has to be done 

One of them is the logo printing or embroidery as given by our customer for that a cdr file has to be given for this, then the printing or the embroidery work is done on the piece of front on the cap we send this to our customer on demand for aproval and then the parts of the cap is stictch together by the worker on automated machine at our facility in the unit..the size of the cap is standerd and can be adjusted by the velcro fitting given behind the cap as per the standerd process. Generally the we pack the cap in a bundle of 10 pcs. and then it is put in the big bags for the transportation
